Your little secret for more enjoyment, efficient practice and fast results.

Way of use:

Gently insert the Joyballs into the vagina like a tampon.

Place the ball until it is covered by the walls of the vagina and you can comfortably grasp the rotating loop. Each exercise should last about 10 minutes and can be completed even while walking or standing. In the beginning 2 times a day for 10 minutes is enough. When you can hold the Joy ball for more than 10 minutes comfortably then you can increase the time of the exercise and combine it with pelvic floor exercises.

While wearing the Joy ball, the muscles work reflexively resulting in their strengthening.

We do not use the balls during the period, if there is any vaginal infection or inflammation or if we have had any surgery. Also after delivery we inform our doctor to tell us how much time should pass before we can start pelvic floor exercises with Secret Joy Balls

What is the pelvic floor?

The pelvic floor is a collection of muscles and ligaments
